Lesbian Overland and Café Club seat in Zealandia
The Overlanders have their own seat in Zealandia, the Karori Wildlife Sanctuary. Keen regulars donated the money to pay for it - some of them are pictured below. The seat is near the viewing tower above/west of the top dam - a few metres along the round the lake track, just past the macrocapa roots. It has a plaque with our name inscribed on it.
The seat above is not our original one - that is pictured left. We swapped seats to help a family who wanted two seats close together.
